Seasons Healthcare Management is seeking a Payroll Associate to join our team of professionals. We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.
Assist in overseeing all facets of the organization’s payroll processing function and transmitting biweekly payrolls to our third party vendor. Act as a liaison to management regarding payroll and employee mileage reimbursement
Associates Degree, Bachelor Degree, FPC or CPP a plus.
Must have two-three years of accounting experience or payroll experience.
Microsoft Office necessary for data management, advance Excel preferred.
Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn new processes and take on additional responsibilities for departmental needs and growth.
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, be a team player with a positive attitude, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Demonstrate an ability to work closely with a variety of people while effectively using problem-solving skills.
