Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Operations to join our team of professionals. We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.
The Senior Director of Clinical Operations is responsible to assure administration of all clinical operations, policies and procedures. Model TRUE HOPE values and support Seasons Vision to ensure comprehensive service delivery and promote quality of care for patients / families that reflect the philosophy and objectives of Seasons Hospice.
Registered Nurse license in state(s) practicing with strong clinical skills.
Preferably have prior management/supervisory experience in a hospice or home health agency or equivalent education.
Demonstrated ability to effectively direct a variety of personnel and utilize mentoring and motivational skills.
Demonstrated commitment to Seasons Hospice’s philosophy of care, values, mission statement and organizational culture.
CT: Five years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in business, preferably in health care. Master’s degree in nursing/public health or healthcare administration with an active license to practice nursing in the State of CT and one year of supervisory experience in a program which included the care of the sick; or a BSN with an active CT license with two years experience in supervision in a program which included the care of the sick.
