    Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Learning and Development Video Coordinator to join our team of professionals. We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.


    This individual helps drive development of creative assets and deliverables that serve to enhance the SHPC brand image. Position is the main source of video design and production of video deliverables for the Learning and Development department. Will be responsible for completing edits to existing materials and executing original concepts. Will be responsible for internal video production and editing for Learning and Development resources.  


    Bachelor’s degree in film, communications, or equivalent senior experience.


    Extensive knowledge of video and audio recording best practices, in both studio and field locations.


    • Ability to record high-quality footage in correct formats and styles- knowledge of proper lighting, white balancing, visual framing, and sound capture techniques required.
    • Knowledge of best practices in formatting and recording equipment required. Comprehensive understanding of file formats for streaming and encoding to ensure usability of content.


    Ability to travel 20-40% of the time to on-location shoots. Ability to adequately record video with minimal preparation time and with the proper level of sensitivity to the subject matter often associated with hospice and end-of-life care.


    Strong organizational skills. Ability to catalogue and archive footage in a searchable manner for later use across multiple backup devices and file locations. Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and shifting deadlines. Ability to adhere to patient privacy laws and practices.


    Must show good judgement in editing and narrative storytelling ability.


    1-2 years’ experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, and the rest of Adobe Creative Cloud, livestreaming software, and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Adobe Virtual Classroom and Adobe After Effects preferred.


    Excellent personal, administrative and organizational skills.


    Experience in influencing and working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to keep projects on schedule.


    Comfort working independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and reprioritizing tasks.


    Ability to offer constructive creative guidance to diverse stakeholders within SHPC.


    Ability to follow directions and respond well to constructive criticism.
