Seasons Healthcare Management is seeking a Desktop Engineer to join our team of professionals. We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.
The Desktop Engineer will be responsible for maintaining computing environment by providing hardware and software system support; identifying system improvements; upgrading, installing, and configuring systems and hardware; monitoring system performanc
4 year degree in related field.
3-5 years of Desktop support experience and of building and supporting IT enterprise environments.
1-2 years successful IT leadership.
Experience with healthcare a plus.
Working knowledge of desktop and mobile hardware and software.
Working knowledge of network protocols and topology including experience using mobile and wireless.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to ascertain information and maintain dialogue with the customer as to the status of a particular issue.
Possess an excellent understanding of operating systems and applications, networks and moderate to high level software and hardware troubleshooting skills.
Desktop support certification (Microsoft, A+, etc.) preferred.
Must be able to travel and have reliable transportation.
