Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a cALL Center Customer Service Representative to join our team of professionals in Madison Heights, MI. We make a difference every day to patients and families coping with end of life illness in creating a center of excellence in hospice care.
The cALL Center Customer Service Representative is responsible for coordinating caller information, including referrals and inquiries about hospice services to the appropriate Triage Center personnel. Serves as a member on the Triage Team for building and maintaining provider relationships.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and good computer knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with a variety of people while effectively using problem solving skills.
